摘要
通过对图像格式识别与输入、图像质量改善、图像边缘提取和增强,进行了基于图像的数控雕刻系统研究。着重研究了直接图像影像加工和图像边缘加工两种加工方法,给出了它们的具体思路和方法,并结合PC+运动控制器的开放式数控加工思路,研制了基于图像的数控雕刻系统,仿真和实际加工表明,该系统能够获得满意的加工效果。
By identifying and inputting the image format, improving the quality of image, extracting and enhancing the edge of image, the image-based numerical control engraving system was researched. The main keys were put in two machining method, shadow machining of direct image and image edge machining, at the same time, the concrete idea and method were gi- ven. Connecting the concept PC + motion controller based on open architecture numerical control, an image-based numerical control engraving system was developed. The simulation and practice show that the system can satisfy the requirement.
