4A沸石和地质聚合物的合成与离子交换性能的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用偏高岭土和氢氧化钠为主要原料合成4A沸石及其前驱体和地质聚合物;对合成的样品进行X射线衍射分析和NH4+离子交换试验,试验结果表明,4A沸石前驱体和地质聚合物具有相似的XRD图和相近的离子交换能力,从而确定地质聚合物具有类似沸石前驱体的三维网状骨架结构特征。  Zeolite 4A and its preformed aluminosilicate precursors with different crystallization time and geopolymer were synthesized from metakaolinnite and sodium hydroxide and deionized water.XRD analysis and NH+4 ion exchange experiment were carried out on the samples.Test results showed that the XRD patters and NH+4 ion exchange capability of the precursors of zeolite 4A were similar to that of geopolymer.It was shown that geopolymer has three-dimensional framework structure similar to those of the precursors of zeolite.
