摘要
以中间相碳微球(MCMB)为原料,采用凝胶注模成型工艺,制得高质量的素坯。将素坯置于真空气氛中进行1600℃高温烧结制得符合PEMFC严格要求的双极板。简述了浆烧结过程温度的控制,通过测试素坯和烧结体的物理性能,研究了体积密度和抗弯强度及线收缩率与固相含量间的关系。
Using mescarbon microbead(MCMB) as material,adopting gelcasting to gain a good qualitative biscuit.Then the biscuit is put into 1600 centigrade stove with vacuum to make into one bipolar plate accorded with strict demands of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC).The sintering temperature being controled was simply depicted.By testing physical performances of the biscuit and sinter,the relation of bulk density、flexural strength and linear shrinkage vs solid loading were discussed.
