摘要
本文对以我国南方十种常见树种材作芯条的细木工板性能进行了研究,分析了不同树种芯条对细木工板各项物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:用十种木材作芯条的细木工板质量均超过了国家标准(GB5850-86)规定的指标值,但不同树种芯条制作的细木工板的质量有较大的差异。在影响细木工板性能的各种因素中,以芯条材料的密度。
In this paper, properties of block board with cores made by 10 wood species from southern China were investigated. And the influence of these cores on properties of the block board was analyzed. The results of the study showed that even though the properties of these block boards could meet the demand of GB 5850-86, they behaved differently each other. The results also indicated that density, hardness and shrinkage of the core remarkably affected the properties of the block boards.
