摘要
PC住宅生产中电气预埋部件的埋设,不仅导致PC板种类的复杂化和多样化,还降低了同类板之间的灵活组合应用,不能有效地满足住户多样性的要求,导致生产中的变更,使住宅生产性下降。为了提高PC住宅的生产性,并同时满足住户多样性的要求,必须排除PC板内电气预埋部件。通过对日本PC住宅的规格型和FP(Free Plan)型设计过程及其设计工作量进行了系统的分析,探讨了PC住宅设计过程中电气设计分离的有效性。为进一步研究集合住宅躯体与设备、内装分离型工业化生产的研究提供了参考的依据。
The burying of electrical embedded parts in production of prestressed reinforced concrete plate(PC) house can lead not only to complication and diversification of PC plate variety, but also decrease the flexibility among similar plates, which can not meet effectively the demands on diversification of householders, and the productivity is decreased by the alteration of production. Therefore, the electric embedded parts within the PC plates should be excluded in order to raise the productivity of PC houses and meet householders' demands on diversification. It is researched on the validity of electrical design separation during the design of PC houses, through a systemic analysis of the size FP(free plan) design and design work of PC houses in Japan, which provides a basis for further study on industrialized production of congregated houses that are divorced from equipment and built-in devices.
