进口血竭药材与国产血竭指纹图谱的比较研究

Study to Compare Fingerprinting of Foreign Resina Draconis Crude Drugs with that of Native Ones

目的研究比较进口血竭药材与国产血竭药材的指纹图谱。为血竭药材质量控制提供有效的方法。方法利用HPLC指纹图谱技术研究、比较两者之间指纹图谱差别。结果测定了6批国产血竭及1批进口血竭的指纹图谱,两者指纹图谱差别明显。结论建立HPLC法测定血竭药材的指纹图谱,为血竭药材质量控制提供依据。

OBJECTIVE To compare fingerprinting of foreign resina draconis crude drugs with that of native ones, to study the quality control of resina draconis crude drugs. METHODS To study the differences of the two kinds of drugs using HPLC fingerprinting method. RESULTS We determined the fingerprintings of six lots of native resina draconis and a lot of foreign one. there are apparent differences between them. CONCLUSION HPLC method should be set to determine fingerprinting of resina draconis crude drug and to help the quality control of the drug.
