摘要
目的建立青霉素V钾分散片含量的HPLC测定方法.方法色谱柱:Hypersil BDS-C18(4.6 mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为水-乙腈-冰醋酸(65∶35∶1),检测波长为268nm.结果青霉素V进样量在10μg^50μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998).平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.70%.结论该方法简便,快速,重复性好.
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of phenoxymethyl penicillin potassium dispersible tablets by HPLC. METHODS Column: Hypersil BDS-C18 (4. 6 mm × 200mm, 5μm ). Mobile phase: Water-Acetonitrile-acetic acid (65 : 35 : 1). Detection wavelength:268nm. RESULTS A linear relationship was good from 10μg to 50μg( r =0. 9998) . The average recovery was 99. 7% with RSD =0. 70%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,reproducible and can be used for the quality control.
