复方痤疮微乳膏中维A酸含量测定

Determination of Tretinoin in Compound Acne Microemulsion Cream

目的建立复方痤疮微乳膏中雏A酸含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱SinoChrom ODS-AP（4．6×200mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-1％醋酸铵（85：15），流速0．9mL·min^-1，紫外检测波长338nm，柱温25℃，检测灵敏度0．002AUFS。结果在1．26～10．08μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好r=0．9997（n=5），平均回收率为98．95％.RSD为1．32％（n=9）。结论本法准确、精密、快速，重现性好。

OBJECTIVE To set up a method for the content of Tretinoin in Compound Acne Microemulsion Cream. METHODS HPLC method was utilized,Tretinoin was separated on SinoChrom ODS-AP column （4.6× 200mm,5μm） and wavelength of UV detection was 338nm,using methanol-1% ammonium acetate（85 ： 15）as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0. 9ml · min^-1 ,the column temperature was 25℃. RESULTS The method had a good linear relationship in the range of 1.26～10.08μg · ml^-1 , r =0. 9997（ n =5）,the average recovery was 98. 95% （ RSD =1.32%, n =9）. CONCLUSION The established method was accurate,simple,sensitive and reproducible.
