医疗IC卡收费系统的实现

Implementation of IC card charging system for hospital

科学技术的发展以及计算机的广泛应用,推动了医疗服务业的发展。针对医院收费难的问题,提出了一种基于IC卡技术来进行医疗收费。首先介绍了系统的业务流程,接着分析了IC卡硬件系统的构成以及整个收费系统的模块设计,然后对系统开发中所用到的关键技术――收费机与pc机之间的通讯、系统的实时性实现、系统的抗干扰设计等方面进行了探讨。

The development of technology and and the abroad application of computer promote the development of medical treatment service .In allusion to the problem of difficulty in charging by hand,this paper presents a hospital charging system based on IC card Technique . Introduces the flow of operation first of all,then analyzes the structure of IC hardware system and module design of the charging system.Further more,discusses some main key technology during the system development such as the communication between Charging machine and PC、real time realization of system、anti-jamming design of system and so on.
