摘要
为了适应国家电子政务建设的需要,开发了机关电子政务考评系统。该系统主要通过网络在线直接考评和间接考评的形式收集各个考评层面的考评数据,然后对结果进行统计分析,最终完成对机关工作人员和机关科室及其下属单位的测评和目标绩效考核。本文介绍了该系统的设计与实现。
Meeting the necessity of E-Government affairs system in our country, we design the system. The system collects all the job evaluation data in the form of direct and indirect evaluation by online, and then it computers the total sum and analyzes the data. the system finishes the aptitude test of Office workers and administrative offices and their own lower organization at last. The design and implement of the job evaluation system in E-Government affairs is introduced in this paper.
