摘要
电泳图谱被广泛应用于生命科学研究中,但通过实验设备所得到的电泳图谱图像的谱线与背景反差小、图像噪声污染严重,将影响对实验结果的判断。本文提出一种多重图像增强方法,通过改进应用灰度扩展(提高对比度)、自适应中值滤波(去除“盐”噪声)、离散小波变换(边缘增强)等多种图像增强算法,可得到理想的图像增强结果。
This essay discusses two aspects of problem which can be found in using broadly electrophoresis arias image in study of science in life: the contrast of spectral line and background is small and the image noise contaminates seriously. It can be got more ideal image enhance outcome by intensity expand (improve a contrast ratio), adaptive filter (dislodge "salt" noise), discrete wavelet transform (border strengthening) and combining with several methods of image enhance arithmetic than using image disposing software.
