This paper introduces a dedicated high-speed recorder with optic interface and gives its system structure and soft hardware design. The device can work without PC and write data flow into SCSI hard disk continuously and rapidly. It has obvious advantage in storage capacity and transfer speed. Additionally, it supports playback.
