摘要
本文介绍了一种基于AT89C4051单片机和霍尔效应的液位检测仪的系统设计。选用了霍尔器件组作为敏感元件,采用浮子转换机构跟踪液位,将检测到的数字量转换为脉冲形式,根据脉冲频率的不同得到所对应的液位大小。该系统能够实现液位测量、超限报警、声光显示等功能,并具有防爆的优点。
It introducts the design of a liquid level Inspection instrument system based on the AT89C4051 single chip microcontroller and Hall effect. Hall devices group are used as sense organ, and a floating switch system is used to follow liquid level, they will inspect the digital quantity which will be transformed into the pulse form, and different liquid level will be obtained according to the pulse frequency. This system can implement a lot of functions as liquid level measurement, alarm, display and so on. And has the merit of explosion prevention.
