摘要
为了对工程结构的装配施工过程进行仿真,设计实现了虚拟装配引擎OpenWorld。本文论述了该引擎采用的实体层次结构建模和模型支持系统,提出了将场景分为世界场景和独立场景集合的渲染方式,并设计实现了一套可编辑的XML动画格式标签。利用该引擎设计完成的虚拟装配软件对工程设备的装配起到了成功的指导作用,减少了装配过程中的误操作。
To simulate the assembly process of engineering structures, an assembly engine called OpenWorld is designed and realized. In this paper, the entity hierarchy modeling and model supporting system in this engine are discussed. A new rendering mode is put forward, which divides the whole scene into two parts: the world scene and isolated scenes, and a set of editable XML tags about animation are designed. The virtual assembly software using this engine can give a successful instruction on equipment assembly and reduce errors in the assembly process.
