摘要
本文研究了电动车永磁无刷直流电动机驱动控制关键技术的协调控制与实现,包括能量回馈制动控制、消除换相转矩脉动控制、弱磁升速控制技术、电流闭环控制等。采用高性能价格比的MicroChip系列单片机作为控制芯片实现各种控制功能,运行结果表明,效果良好,已获得推广应用。
As more attentions have been paid on the world energy saving and environment protection,Permanent Magnet Brushless Direct Current Motor(PMBLDCM) is used widely in electrical bicycles and cars. In his paper, BLDCM drive key technology, including regenerative braking control, suppression of toque ripple, Flux-Weakening control for impvoing operation speed region and current closed-loop control, have been studied and realized by using Microchip series MCU and validated by industrial applications.
