摘要
本文介绍了铁路机务燃油低烧智能数据采集与处理系统的设计与实现过程,着重阐述了上位机和下位机间温度实时采集、自动节能统计、智能燃油动态管理、数据远程传输等功能的实现。该系统利用集散控制的思想,采用分级控制与管理方式,充分利用计算机技术、通信技术和控制技术等新科技,实现功能上和物理上的分散,提高了系统的可靠性。
This article introduces the design and realization of intellective data collecting and processing system for the low consuming of fuel for railway locomotives, emphasizes on live temperature collecting between upper machine and lower machine, statistic of automatic energy saving, intellective and dynamic management of fuel and the realization of long-distance data transmission. This system imposes combined controlling idea, adopts grading control and management, fully uses new technologies such as computer technology, communication technology and controlling technology and so on, realized functional and physical decentralization, improved the security of the system.
