随着自动测试的发展,对仪器的可编程性提出了挑战,在这个前提下,SCPI(Standard Commands for Programmable Instru-ments)协议的出现,带动了标准编程语言的发展,最后被工业界所接受。本文就是以SCPI为基准完成的下位机的编程。

This thesis is design for the bottom machine base on the SCPI.
