摘要
对云南罗平医院的目标方针、组织结构、人力资源进行了调查,目的是要从整体上对医院的管理现状进行分析,发现其中存在的不足,为医院进一步的发展提供建议。
The study investigated the target, organizational structure and human resources of YunNan Provincial LuoPing Hospital. The aim is to analyze the existing management state of the hospital and to find out the problems, finally, some suggestions have been advanced to help the hospital to acquire a further development.
