西安地区成分血临床应用情况分析

Clinical Application Analysis of Ingredient Blood in Xi'an Area

目的通过调查统计分析,了解西安地区成分血临床使用状况,从而更好地指导医院临床科室合理用血,确保临床用血安全、有效。方法统计各类成分血使用比例和各级医院临床成分血使用状况。结果2002～2005年西安地区临床全血使用量逐年减少,成分血比例逐年增加;红细胞制剂使用量变化不大,其它成分血临床使用率较低,血浆使用量逐年上升;各级医院临床成分血使用不平衡。结论应加大部分三级医院特别是二级医院成分血宣传力度和临床医师培训,积极推广因症施治、安全有效的用血观念,达到节约血液资源,确保临床合理用血的目的。

Object Through survey statistical analysis, clinical application of ingredient blood in Xi＇an area was studied to well guide the reasonable usage of blood in clinical departments and ensure the safety and effectiveness usage. Methods Analyze the proportion of blood ingredients and clinical application of ingredient blood. Results The use of whole blood decreased, however, ingredient blood and blood plasma increased year by year in Xi＇an area. The use of red cell preparation kept stable, and the use of other ingre- dient blood was in low stage. The use of ingredient blood in different grade hospitals was unbalance. Conclusion the propaganda and training must be strengthened in some third grade hospitals, especially in second grade hospitals. The concept of safety and effectiveness usage of blood should be cultivated to save blood resources and ensure the reasonable use of blood in clinical.
