小肠系膜穿管支架式肠排列术治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻

Small Intestinal Arrangement with Tube Support of Small Bowel Mesentery for Intestinal Obstruction due to Extensive Adhesions

目的总结小肠系膜穿管支架式肠排列术治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻的方法和效果。方法应用小肠系膜穿管支架式肠排列术治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻52例,总结和评价其技术方法及效果。结果术后死亡1例;肠瘘1例。12例术后行钡餐检查,见钡剂在小肠通过顺畅有序。43例获随访（1-20年）,无肠梗阻复发。结论小肠系膜穿管支架式肠排列术操作简单、效果肯定,是治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻的一种理想术式。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of small intestinal arrangement with tube support of small bowel mesentery in complex adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods Clinical data of 52 patients with complex adhesive intestinal obstruction from 1982 to 2006 who underwent small intestinal arrangement with tube support of small bowel mesentery were analyzed retrospectively. Results One patient died of postoperative infectious shock, and one patient developed postoperative intestinal fistula. 43 cases were followed up for 1-20 years with no recurrence. Conclusion Small intestinal arrangement with tube support of small bowel mesentery is a simple, effective and ideal method for extensive intestinal obstruction due to adhesions.
