Reasons of housing shortage and solutions for experiments in universities

该文分析了近些年引起高校实验用房紧张的原因，认为高校扩招、科研项目和设备投入的增加、一校多区是造成高校实验用房紧张的客观原因，而无偿分配体制导致人们多占多用是高校实验用房紧张的主观原因，提出通过定额管理达到用房自我约束，以及通过资源共享来缓解用房紧张的思路。

Reasons of housing shortage for experiments in universities are analyzed. The increases of students, research projects and equipment, multi-campus in a single university as well as the existing administration methods are causes for the housing shortage. The approach of qualitative administration for the purpose of self-restriction on housing requirements as well as sharing among different laboratories is presented as the methods to solve the problem.
