A Comparison of Nouns in Plural Form Between Manchu and Mongolian

满语和蒙古语分别属于阿尔泰语系三大语族中的满.通古斯语族和蒙古语族。它们之间有很多关系词或语音对应关系。分析探讨了满、蒙两种语言的名词复数词缀的使用、分布情况及两种语言的复数各形式以及它们之间的对应关系,并指出了两种语言的复数词缀可能具有共同的来源。

Of three branches of Ahaic family, Manchu and Mongolian belong to Manchu- Tungusic and Mongolian language group respectively. Because of close ties between Manchu and Mongolian, there exists much correspondence in relatives and pronunciation. In this paper, author based on an analysis of the use and distribution of affixes in plural nouns and the forms of plural nouns of these two languages, elaborated their primal forms in common and paronymous relationship between them, and points out that their plural affixes probably have common origin.
