Analysis and management of positive results in crossmatching of blood with micro-column gel

目的探讨微柱凝胶法交叉配血阳性结果的原因,并进行系统地分析与处理,为临床输血提供保障。方法应用DiaMed公司的Liss/coombs微柱凝胶卡进行交叉配血,对交叉配血不合的受血者和供血者进行相关的血型血清学检查。结果124600例配血试验中,有1127例出现阳性结果,红细胞直抗阳性(905例),不规则抗体(138例)和自身抗体(80例)是导致配血不合的主要原因。结论对微柱凝胶交叉配血试验结果进行及时的分析和处理有助于提高临床输血安全。

[Objective] To investigate the masons of positive results in cmssmatching of blood with micro-column gel and guarantee the safe blood transfusion through systematic analysis and management. [Methods] Related blood group serology test was carried out to incompatible recipients and donators cmssmatched with Liss/coombs microcolumn gel produced by Diamed Corporation. [Results] Among 124600 cmssmatching samples, 1127 were positive. RBC antiglobulin positive（905 samples）, irregular antibodies （138 samples）, autoantibodies （80 samples） were main factors resulting in incompatible crossmatching. [Condusion] Timely analysis and disposal in crossmatching with micro-column gel are helpful to improve the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
