摘要
目的探讨生活方式与代谢综合征的关系。方法采用流行病学现况研究的方法,于2003年1月对上海市平凉社区20~74岁居民进行调查,检测代谢综合征的相关指标并记录其生活方式。结果共调查和检测2132名,其中男性852名、女性1280名,代谢综合征现患率为13.4%。代谢综合征患者体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及空腹血糖(FPG)均显著高于非代谢综合征者(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著低于非代谢综合征者(P<0.05)。BMI、WHR及职业和休闲体力活动均与代谢综合征发生呈显著相关,其OR(95%CI)分别3.37(2.70~4.22)、7.25(5.53~9.51)、0.71(0.56~0.90)和0.74(0.58~0.94)。文化程度高者(受教育年限≥10年)代谢综合征现患率为38.5%,显著低于文化程度低者46.6%(P<0.01);其BMI、SBP、DBP、LDL-C、TC、FPG亦显著低于文化程度低者(P<0.01)。结论影响代谢综合征的主要因素有BMI、WHR、职业和休闲体力活动;教育在代谢综合征现患率中扮演着重要角色。建立良好的生活方式在代谢综合征的预防和控制中有重要意义。
Objective To explore the relationship between life style and metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods Residents aged 20 to 74 years in Shanghai Pingliang community were investigated in January 2003. Results A total of 2 132 residents were enrolled, including 852 males and 1 280 females. Prevalence of MS was 13.4%. Body mass index (BMI), waist to hip ratio (WHR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) in people with MS were significantly higher than those without MS (P 〈0. 05). While high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly lower in people with MS than those without MS ( P 〈 0. 05). Logistic regression analysis indicated that the relatives risks (95 % CI) of BMI, WHR, occupational activities, and rest activities were 3.37 (2. 70-4.22), 7.25 (5.53-9.51), 0.71 (0.56-0.90), and 0. 74 (0.58-0.94), respectively. The prevalence of MS in people with higher educational level (receiving education time≥10 years) was significantly lower than in those with lower educational level (38.5% vs. 46. 6%, P 〈 0.01). Residents with higher educational levels had lower BMI, SBP, DBP, LDL-C, TC, and FPG (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusions BMI, WHR, and occupational activities are important factors for MS. Education background plays an important role in MS. Healthy life style is important to prevent and control MS.
