摘要
对入炉风量变化与炉内燃烧状况及炉膛出口烟气温度的相关性进行了数值分析,据此对缺氧与非缺氧燃烧状况下入炉风量变化对炉膛出口烟气温度的影响规律进行了研究,并通过实例对分析结果进行了例证。研究表明,缺氧与非缺氧燃烧状况下,高、低负荷下入炉风量变化对炉膛出口烟气温度的影响程度不同。
The correlation between the air flow rate variation at furnace inlet and combustion state in the furnace, as well as the flue gas temperature at furnace outlet has been analysed. Based on this, the affecting regularity of air flow rate variation at furnace inlet upon the flue gas temperature at furnace outlet under condition of oxygen deficient combustion and oxygen non - deficient combustion has been studied, and the results of analysis being proved through concrete examples. Results show that the affecting degree of air flow rate variation at furnace inlet upon the flue gas temperature at funace outlet to be different under condition of oxygen deficient and oxygen non - deficient combustion, as well as under high load and low load.
