摘要
针对北仑第一发电公司二期机组多次发生DCS过程控制单元(PCU)故障导致操作与监视画面参数显示失去、无法操作控制的问题,分析了与故障PCU相关的参数、过程及其控制逻辑,在仿真机上设计和开发了PCU故障、画面显示与操作控制失去故障的仿真程序,并进行了实际应用,完全实现了故障的仿真,取得了良好的效果。
Directing against problems concerning loss of operating and supervisory display for pictures and parameters due to faults occurred repeatedly in the process control unit (PCU) of DCS for units in second - phase project of Beilun Power Generation Co Ltd No. 1, and thereby the operation control can't be realized, then, the parameters, process, and its control logic related to fault in PCU have been analysed, and an emulation program for PCU fault resulting in loss of picture display and of operation control being designed and developed on an emulator, and practical application being carried out, completely realizing the emulation of faults, obtaining good result.
