摘要
对我国缺碘现状及其缺碘的危害性进行了介绍,并提出对海带、紫菜采用膨化加工工艺,以便有利于提高人体对碘的吸收率,从而达到对人体缺碘进行有效补充的目的。
Present situation of lacking iodine in our country and its harm is introduced. To use expanding technology to process kelp and laver in order to increase the rate of absorbing iodine and supplement of iodine to human body is suggested.
