The Lubrication of the Synthetic Wax SD in Pressurized Metal Working Process

介绍了合成蜡SD在金属压力加工中的润滑作用,探讨了蜡类材料的润滑机理,考察了合成蜡SD的润滑性能,讨论了润滑剂的含蜡量、润湿剂、防锈剂对润滑剂的作用与影响。结果显示:研制的水基蜡类润滑剂能满足金属压力加工工艺要求。

The lubrication of the synthetic wax SD which are used in pressurized metal working process was indicated, the lubricating mechanism of the wax was discussed, the lubricating properties of the synthetic wax SD was studied and the effection of the wax content, wetting agent and the inhibitor in lubricant was explained in this paper. The results showed that the water - based wax lubricant met the requirements of the pressurized metal working process.
