A New Approach to the Three Ethos in Universities in the New Era

高校"三风"建设对全面推进高等教育事业健康和谐发展具有十分重大的战略意义。阐述了高校"三风"的内涵并进行了科学的定位:校风是根本、教风是关键、学风是核心。分析了当前高校"三风"建设面临的困境,提出了建设高校"三风"的新路径:一是健全和完善高校"三风"建设的运行机制;二是全力发挥领导、教授群体在教风学风建设中的示范作用;三是竭力做好"落后群体"的教育转化工作。

In the construction of universities, the ethos of school, teachers and the students have always been a focus issue. This paper analyzes the features of the three ethos and differentiates them as such ： the first one is the basis, the second is the key and the last one, the core. This paper firstly analyzes things confronting the three ethos, and come up with its own solutions： first is to strengthen and perfect the moving mechanism in constructing the three ethos of universities; second is to promote the role model of the leadership and the professorship ; the last is the transformation of the ＂lesser beings＂.
