柔性环氧树脂复合材料的阻尼性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以三乙烯四胺为固化剂,将柔性环氧树脂FE1与刚性环氧树脂CYD127共混,制备出FE1/CYD127环氧树脂复合材料,分析研究了材料的阻尼性能。结果表明,环氧树脂复合材料的损耗因子有所提高,在FE1质量分数为30%时,其损耗因子tanδ最大值为0.89,tanδ大于0.3的温度范围为37℃。通过不同频率下环氧树脂的lg(f)-(1/T)曲线的斜率,求得FE1和CYD127的ΔE分别为203.5 kJ/mol和403.6 kJ/mol。 A kind of epoxies composites composed of flexible epoxy and rigid epoxy was prepared by using polyamine as curing agent and damping properties of the composites were studied.Damping mechanical tests showed that the epoxy composite had higher loss factor than single epoxy.The composite with 30% FE1 showed higher loss factor,0.89,than other composite.Activation energy corresponding to glass transition process of different epoxies had been calculated from the temperature corresponding to tanδmax values,obtained at different measurement frequencies.Activation energy of FE1 and CYD127 was 203.5 kJ/mol and 403.6 kJ/mol respectively.The height and position of loss factor of the epoxy composite could be varied by changing the content of FE1,indicating the flexible epoxy could be used as damping polymer materials in common temperature or frequency range.
