摘要
通过正交实验方法,研究了各组分材料和复合水泥的粒度分布对水泥强度、凝结时间、标准稠度等物理性能的影响,得出熟料粉的细度对早期强度影响最大;水泥粒度分布窄,均匀性好,可以降低标准稠度;得到了复合水泥3种主要组分细度的最佳参数为:熟料420 m2/kg,矿渣500 m2/kg,粉煤灰400 m2/kg。
By the fact that orthogonality testing method,the impact of the distribution having studied every component material and compound cement size over physics functions such as cement intensity,setting time,standard consistency,reaching pink chamotte thin degree,to early phase,the intensity affects a maximum;Cement size distribution is narrow,the homogeneity is good,can reduce standard consistency;The best parameter having got compound cement 3 kinds main components thin degree is: Clinker 420 m^2/kg,slag cement 500 m^2/kg,fly ash cement 400 m^2/kg.
