摘要
在分析摩擦学系统状态辨识方法的研究状态的基础上,提出了一种应用集对分析方法来实现摩擦学系统状态辨识的新方法。其基本思想是通过从同、异、反3个方面计算联系度来研究摩擦学系统状态辨识的确定性与不确定性,实现集定量和定性信息于一体的辨识方法。建立了摩擦学系统状态辨识的集对分析模型,并成功地应用于滚动轴承摩擦学系统的状态识别,应用效果良好,具有计算简单、客观性强等特点。
On the basis of analyzing the studying status in mathematic method previously used in tribo-system condition identification,the author put forward a new method for tribo-system condition recognition-SPA(Set pair analysis).It studied the certainty and uncertainty of tribo-system condition recognition by computing the relation coefficient from three aspects of sameness、difference and reverse.It also realized the unification of quantitative and qualitative information. The SPA model of tribo-system condition identification was established,and was used to identify the state of the tribo-system of rolling-bear successfully. Its computing quantity was simpler,and its objectivity was better than other methods.
