摘要
工程系统能否安全稳定的工作一直是工程设计人员所关注的问题之一。该文采用非线性有限元方法对中材建设有限公司南非项目φ4.6 m×15.5 m滑履磨机进行了有限元分析。通过建立滑履磨机整体结构以及人孔在12个钟点时刻位置的有限元接触分析模型,得出了各种工况下应力的大小和分布,实现了对该磨机的结构评定研究,最后得出该磨机可以安全工作的结论。
Whether the engineer system could safely wok or not has always been one of problems preoccupied by engineer designers.In this paper,aiming at the finite element analysis on the φ4.6 m×15.5 m slider mill of southern Africa that has been contracted by CBMI Construction Co Ltd,an non-linear finite element method has been applied on it.Trough building different contact finite element model as manholes are in different position of the twelve clock points,the size and distribution of the stresses are acquired,then the study of the structure assessment of the mill has been realized,and finally a conclusion was drawn that the mill can safely run.
