摘要 干煤粉加压密相输送是干法煤气化的关键技术之一。介绍西安热工研究院有限公司研发的两段式干煤粉加压输送技术及其工艺流程和试验研究结果。该系统中试装置已累计运行5000 h以上,获得了许多重要的试验数据和运行经验,为煤气化工业试验奠定了良好的基础。 The transportation of dry pulverized coal in pressurized dense- phase is one of the key technologies for dry pulverized coal gasification. The advancement, as well as the technological process and achievement in test study of the said techno-logy developed by Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute Co I.td have been presented. The operation time of intermediate test facility for said techno- logy has been totalized more than 2100 hours, obtaining a lot of important test data and operation experiences, laying a good founda- tion for industrial test of coal gasification.
