摘要
分析了某电厂600 MW机组锅炉过热器减温器断裂的原因,认为其主要是减温水引进管与喷雾管壁温温差大、减温器入口管座与入口管的焊接缺陷以及喷雾管与入口管异种钢焊接存在弊端等。对此,提出了更换材质、减少壁厚、改进焊接和检验方法等措施,实施后,没有再出现减温水管道振动及其它异常现象,设备运行稳定。
The causes leading to desuperheater fracture of boiler's superheater for 600 MW unit of one power plant have been analysed, it is believed that the main causes are as follows: large temperature difference between wall temperature of leading -in pipe and that of atomizing tube for the desuperheating water, welding defects of the inlet tube socket with the inlet tube of desuperheater, as well as malpractice existing in weldjoint of different steels for the atomizing tube and the inlet tube etc.. For these, measures such as changing tbe quality of materials, decreasing the thickness of tube -wall, improving the welding technology and the detecting method etc. have been put forward. After implementation, vibration and other abnormalities of the desuperheating water pipeline have never occurred again, equipements are in stable operation.
