摘要
采用溶胶一凝胶法制备了Ce-Ti复合超细粉体,主要研究了溶胶一凝胶法制备过程中溶胶一凝胶形成的条件及不同焙烧温度对超细粉体粒径的影响。结果表明,C2H5OH与H2O摩尔比在0.5~2.0时能形成稳定的凝胶;采用真空干燥能形成松散的结构,不易团聚,真空干燥温度60℃,真空干燥压力5kPa左右,真空干燥时间大于24h;超细Ce-Ti复合粉体的平均粒径随干凝胶焙烧温度的升高而增加,在600℃下焙烧1h,能得到较好的效果,粒径可达5.9nm。
Ultrafine Ce-Ti composite powder were prepared by Sol-Gel method. It showed that when the mol ratios of alcohol to water arranged from 0.5 to 2.0, it can form a stable sol-gel system. We can get ultra fine particles as 5.9 nm when calcinated was larger than before when enhanced the calcination wet sol at 600 ℃ for 1 hour. The particle size temperature from 600 ℃ to 700 ℃ and 900℃ .
