血黏度和血脂浓度对静脉套管针留置时间的影响及封管液的选择 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨血黏度和血脂浓度对静脉套管针留置时间的影响,观察高血黏度和高脂血症患者在静脉套管针留置期间使用生理盐水和不同浓度肝素液封管后的再通效果,以遴选出适宜浓度的封管液。方法将180例住院患者随机分成高血黏度组、高血脂组和健康对照组各60例,均分别使用生理盐水、50,100U/ml浓度肝素液封管,观察3组的再通效果。结果高血黏度和高脂血症患者静脉套管针的留置效果差于正常对照组;高血黏度和高脂血症患者用100U/ml浓度肝素液封管后再通效果明显优于生理盐水及50U/ml浓度肝素液;血液黏度及血脂浓度与静脉套管针留置时间呈明显负相关。结论血黏度及血脂浓度可能是影响静脉套管针再通效果的因素之一,高血黏度和高脂血症患者使用静脉留置针时宜采用肝素液封管,以100U/ml浓度肝素液封管效果较好。 Objective In order to know the influence of blood viscosity and blood-lipid on the indwelling time of retaining needle and selected proper tube-sealing solution. Methods Divided 180 inpatients into the hyperviscosity group (60 cases), hyperlipidemia group (60 cases) and control group(60 cases) randomly, normal saline, 50 U/ml and 100 U/ml heparin solution were used for all the patients to sealing tube. Compared the re-open conditions among the three groups. Results Indwelling time in the hyperviscosity group and hyperlipidemia group was shorter than that of in the control group, the clinical effects of sealing tube by heparin in the hyperviscosity group and hyperlipidemia group were better than that of by normal saline. Conclusions Blood viscosity and blood-lipid may be one of the factors which can influence the indwelling time of retaining needle. Heparin is the proper tube-sealing solution for patients with hyperviscosity or hyperlipidemia, 100 U/ml heparin solution is proper especially.
