A Fault Diagnosis Expert System for Air-Leakage Detector to Storage Battery

本文通过对蓄电池气密性检测系统故障特点的研究,采用故障树分析法以及反向推理策略,构建了蓄电池气密性检测设备的故障诊断专家系统,利用各种输入信息,实现故障推理,最终确定故障源,给出故障维修建议及结果说明.本文对该故障诊断专家系统的推理机制和搜索策略也作了详细介绍。

In this paper,a Fault Diagnosis Expert System for air-leakage detector to storage battery based on the characteristic of the detector is designed by fault tree analysis method and backward reasoning strategy.According to each information input,the expert system examines,explains the fault and gives maintenance engineer advices about how to deal with the fault.The reasoning strategy and searching methods of the fault diagnosis expert system are also introduced in detail.
