摘要 考察了盐酸、硝酸和硫酸3种酸洗液,尤其是盐酸浓度及酸洗时间对锂吸附剂前体LiMn2O4的酸洗脱锂效果,对所得锂吸附剂的吸附性能进行了初步研究。结果表明,用0.50 mol/L盐酸对前体酸洗15 m in左右可得较佳的锂吸附剂,其外部形貌为近似立方体,颗粒大小为200—500 nm,存在微量结晶缺陷;锂吸附剂于pH值为7的稀锂溶液的吸附容量为18.56 mg/g,循环利用2次后基本稳定在18.12 mg/g左右,吸附符合Langmu ir等温吸附模型。 The effect of acid solution of HCl, HNO3 or H2SO4 on the precursor LiMn2O4 was investigated, especially HCl concentration and operating time. The adsorption capacity of the lithium adsorbent was also studied. The results indicate that the approximate cubic spinel Li-adsorbent whose granularity is 200-500 nm can be made after eluted about 15 rain by 0.50 mol/L HCl, but it has trifling crystal disfigurement; the adsorbent 's capacity of adsorption decreases to 18.12 mg/g from 18.56 mg/g for Li + at pH 7 after being reused twice, and the adsorption can be well described by the Langmuir model.
