青少年亲社会行为缺失的原因分析与社会干预

亲社会行为是一种有利于他人和社会的积极行为。青少年在个体社会化过程中形成亲社会行为的特质既是青少年健康成长的标志,也是主流社会的价值期许。当前,受宏观社会环境中一些消极因素的影响,青少年社会化关键因素中一些负面作用的影响,以及青少年自身成长中存在的一些不健康心理因素的影响,部分青少年出现亲社会行为缺失现象。社会可以对青少年个体采取适当的干预方法,训练和培养他们的亲社会行为。

Pro- society behavior is a positive behaviour which is helpful to others and the society. Adolescents cultivate prosocial behavior in their socialization, which is the sign of their growing up healthily as well as the wish from the society with value. At present, due to some negative factors in the great environment in which the adolescents live, some negative function influences key aspect of adolescent ＇ s socialization , and some unhealthy mentality in adolescents themselves, some adolescent＇ are beginnig to show the lack of pro - society behaviour. Some social interference methods can be used to train and cultivate the adolescent＇ s pro - social behavior.
