p16基因在骨肉瘤中的表达
摘要
目的探讨p16基因的表达与骨肉瘤的关系。方法采用RT—PCR方法检测骨肉瘤中p16 mRNA表达情况。结果不同病理级别骨肉瘤组织中p16mRNA表达均有不同程度下降，Ⅱ～Ⅲ级患者下降比较明显。结论p16基因在骨肉瘤中的表达明显低于正常骨组织，可能与骨肉瘤的发生发展密切相关。
