摘要
本文按照社会、经济和生态效益综合最大化为评价准则,建立了我国土地整理项目效益评价指标体系。同时,以浙江省嘉善县惠民镇曙光村土地整理项目为例,进行了土地整理项目效益测算与分析评价。
Based on the rule of maximal social, economy and zoology profit, China land consolidation and rehabilitation item appraisable index system is built. Besides. The author also exams and analyzes one example coming from Shuguang village land consolidation and rehabilitation item in Zhejiang province.
