摘要
我国农村信息化建设经过多年的积累,已取得了一定的成效,但仍存在一些问题,如信息化基础设施薄弱、农村信息资源缺乏有效地整合与共享、农村科技信息服务能力弱等问题,针对建设现状,应加强基层农村信息化基础设施和农业科技信息资源建设,大力发展各类实用的农村信息化软件,完善全国农村科技信息服务体系建设,促进社会主义新农村建设。
Construction of rural informatization in China has brought some effect. But some problems exist. According to the problems, some countermeasures are suggested including strengthening the construction of agriculture information, speeding up the development of agriculture software,perfecting scientech service system and so on.
