本文立足于广东--全国改革开放的试验区,对农业院校非计算机专业的计算机素质教育的演变及如何与世界计算机教学接轨进行了分析与探讨,提出本世纪计算机中心的任务,仅供同行专家参考。

Based on Guangdong-the experimental zone in the nationwide reform and open policy,the following thesis picks up an analysis and discussion in the evolution of computing quality education towards non-computing majors in agricultural colleges and how they bridge with the world computing teaching and learning. It also suggests the task for computing centre for this century which is for experts＇ reference in the same field.
