花椰菜新品种崇花2号的选育

A New Cauliflower F_1 Hybrid —‘Chonghua No.2'

崇花2号是以崇明岛地方品种80天花菜经6代连续自交选育出的优良自交系D8为母本,以温州地方品种经多代自交选育出的优良自交系W12为父本配制成的中晚熟秋花椰菜一代杂种,生育期100d(天)左右;植株生长势较强,株型直立紧凑,外叶绿色、蜡质中等,叶柄较短,节间紧密,内叶合抱护球;花球雪白、紧实、高半圆形,单球质量2kg左右,每667m2产量2500kg左右。

Chonghua No. 2 is a new middle-late maturing cauliflower F1 hybrid developed by crossing two good quality self lines D8 and W12. It can be planted in autumn and the growth period is about 100 days. It grows vigorously. The leaf with short petiole is green. The internode is compact. The flower-curd with white, tight and highly semicircle is covered by inside leaves. Average single curd weight is about 2 kg. Its yield is about 37.5 t· hm^-2.
