汽车燃油系统在线快速检漏仪的研究

Study of on line leak detection instrument in automotive fuel oil system

针对当前汽车生产线上燃油系统中大容积容器的在线快速检漏技术中存在的问题,开发了一种燃油系统检漏仪.这种检漏仪采用差压式检测原理,通过对采集的压力变化数据进行最小二乘曲线拟合并求其变化率,可以实时判断容器是否泄漏,实现了对汽车油箱及燃油系统等大容积、高气密性要求部件在线检测的国产化.

Aiming at the problems of the on line leak detection of the great volume vessel in the automotive fuel oil system, a kind of leak detector of the fuel oil system is designed. The system adopts the detection principle of differential pressure, which can judge the leakage of the vessel by figuring out the change rate of the gas pressure data which is collected on line and is dealt with least square fit. It realized the domestic production of on line detection of parts requested high air -tightness and great volume in automotive gasoline tank and fuel oil system.
