摘要
针对GMAW堆焊熔池图像的特点,选择Matlab引擎,利用Matlab图像处理工具箱的功能,实现VC++与Matlab混合编程,设计了图像处理算法.试验结果表明,与经典算法相比,该算法快速有效,抗干扰能力强,能够提取有效的熔池边缘.
According to the features of the weld pool image, a valid algorithm of weld pool image processing is developed. By selecting Matlab engine and adequately making use of the functions of image processing toolbox, the image processing of molten pool in welding is realized by mixed progamming based on VC ++ and Matlab. The experiment results show that compared with classical arithmetic, the algorithm is good of anti-jamming, accuracy and fast computing, and can be used to obtain clear and valid image of weld pool.
