天津市教育投资的经济增长效应实证分析

Positive analysis on effect of educational investment on economic growth in Tianjin

以EViews软件为计算工具，利用天津市1992～2006年教育投资与经济增长的统计数据对二者进行了实证分析．实证结果表明，天津市教育投资的经济增长效应是显著的，其贡献率达到1．03％．因此，通过增加教育投资而实现经济总量的快速增长在天津市具有政策可行性和有效性．

Based on statistics data from 1992 to 2006, the relationship between educational investment and economic growth in Tianjin is analyzed statistically taking EViews software as calculating tool. The result indicates that the educational investment is of notable effect for economic growth, and its contributing rate reaches 1.03% in Tianjin. Therefore, the policy of realizing rapid increase of economic quantity through increasing educational investment is feasible and effective.
