摘要
对近年来饮酒与交通事故有关的文献进行综述,显示:饮酒后,由于酒精对人的信息接受和感知能力、反应和操作能力及自我控制和定向能力的严重损害而对人的驾驶能力有严重影响,疲劳、人格、药物、年龄、职业等因素也影响到酒精与交通事故的关系,血液酒精浓度与交通事故的发生呈正相关,驾驶员酒后驾车是造成交通事故的重要因素。
Based on recent relativity analysis of alcohol and traffic accidents, human driving capability were affected badly by alcohol, for it damage of human ability of information receiving, responding, operation capability, self-control and disorientation. Fatigue, personality, drug, age and occupation also have affects of this relativity. The level of blood alcohol concentration （BAC） has direct correIation with traffic accidents. Drinking is one of the most important affect factors in traffic accident.
