摘要
为解决常规微波辐射稠油脱水的难题,研究了氯化钙作用下微波辐射稠油脱水。详细考查了氯化钙加入量、微波辐射压力、微波辐射时间、微波辐射功率对稠油脱水率的影响。在辐射压力0.1 MPa、辐射功率225 W、辐射时间4 min、静置沉降1 min、加入的氯化钙占油的质量分数5.5%的条件下,可使含水质量分数50%的大庆稠油脱水率达到93.5%。该方法具有辐射功率低、脱水速度快的特点。
In order to solve the difficult problem of ordinary dehydration of heavy oil by microwave radiation, the microwave dehydration of heavy oil in the presence of calcium chloride was studied. Meanwhile, the influence of adding quantity of calcium chloride, system pressure, radiation time and radiation power on the dehydration efficiency was investigated detailedly. When the system pressure was 0. 1 MPa, radiation power was 225 W, radiation time was 4 min, settling statically for 1 min and the mass fraction of calcium chloride was 5.5 % in the heavy oil, the dehydration rate of the heavy oil ( in Daqing Oilfield, China) whose water mass fraction was 50%, reached 93.5 %. This method is characterized by low radiation power and quick dehydration speed.
